Tech Scott called me to get more info then arrived soon after. Did not take him long to diagnose the problem. He installed a part from his truck which was not the exact one but got the furnace running. He ordered the proper part and was back in a few days to install it. Scott was incredibley patient with my questions and my dog, who fell in love with him. In fact my dog laid by him as he worked on the furnace and whenever Scott had a free hand he would pet Cooper. Scott also took the time to explain a few other things, such as the air exchanger, I had in the house that the seller left no information on. I will definitely call again and request Scott for come out.

We had gone one week without AC. We had one other HVAC company come out that thought it was going to be a huge expensive repair. We had Nathan B. come to the house and he figured it out right away! It was not as bad or expensive as the original tech from the other company had thought. Nathan had it up and running in under half an hour! Not only did he fix our AC but he found a installation issue with our water heater in our new construction home that we needed to get fixed from our original installer. He's extremely knowledgeable!
